(1) Managing engineering & construction projects of oil and gas infrastructure and facilities--including but not limited to well's surface facilities, oil storages, block stations, oil-gas-water separators, compressor stations, water injection stations, building, flowline & pipeline -- as well as operating troubleshooting.

(2) Managing integration of design, construction, and maintenance.

(3) Applying national or international standard in design (SNI, ANSI, API, ASME, NASE, etc.).

(4) Applying Indonesia's JOB system in financial budgeting (WP&B and AFE)

(5) Fulfilling all requirements of rules and recognized best of practice.
