As an operations manager, I had full responsibility for operations and projects, includes but not limited to:

(1) Managing multi-projects and portfolio of oil and gas brownfield: including drilling, workovers, well services, geosciences, reservoir engineering. production engineering, facilities engineering.

(2) Managing oil and gas operations; including production gathering, oil lifting, utility operations, maintenance, safety& environment, as well as supporting operations.

(3) Managing integration project and operations management, with other management (supply-chain management, HR management, and financial management).

(4) Optimizing productions with very limited resources and various reservoir problems.

(5) Applying Indonesia's Production Sharing Contract (PSC) scheme in preparing Work Program & Budget (WP&B), Authorization for Expenditure (AFE), and Financial Quarterly Report (FQR).

(6) Applying Indonesia's SKKMIGAS system in procurement.

(7) Complying with laws, rules, and recognized best of practice or standards
